From age 3 to 9 I had a best friend named Adrienne. She got roller skates for her birthday one year. I didn't have any. Because she was and still is one of the sweetest friends I've ever had, she would let me wear the left one and she would wear the right one. We would skate all over our neighborhood. Grownups would always ask us where our other skate was. Stupid question. I finally got my own skates and we spent almost every summer day skating. Ahhhhh those were some of the happiest days of my childhood.
Cute pictures.
ReplyDeletei can't be that is Emmaline in her Halloween coustume. That's great!
We should go rollar skating when we come in a few weeks. I know that my girls would love it.
ReplyDeleteYou crack me up!
ReplyDeleteAli, lets go for sure. Its a fun time for everyone.
ReplyDeleteHilarious Kris....only YOu could compare roller skating and pain pills. Love it!
ReplyDeleteOh, and I loved your post about Nate. I think we were both pretty darn lucky. And, Bradon is still driving his Honda too - definitely not as cool as Nate's camry....but he so needs a new car also. He just got his window fixed because it would fall down while he drove, making a horribly loud sound from the air coming in. He is convinced it will last until Kason turns 16...HILARIOUS!
Did I ever tell you how much I love you? You have such fun, cute thouhts and I love to read about them. You are an amazing mom, wife, sister and friend. Thanks for being you.
