hiking in Utah doesn't disappoint

My family has been celebrating because our cousin Taylor is here all the way from Alabama! 

She is actually from Georgia but is going to college in Alabama. 

The party is going on for a week.

It is our summer family reunion/vacation/Taylor party.

When Taylor was a year old I was 18. 

I spent the summer living in Georgia with her and her parents (my aunt and uncle)

I was her nanny the summer's she was one and I was 18, and the summer she was 2 and I was 19.

She was the smartest, cutest baby.

We adored each other then and we still do all these years later.

Now she is 20 and I'm 38.

We are trying to show Taylor a good time Utah style.

Nature cooperated nicely.

10 feet into the trail we happen upon 2 moose.

Right after the moose we see a fox.

He seemed almost tame. 

I guess living near a ski resort he see's a lot of humans.

There were so many wild flowers.
Here is a columbine, I love how they look like stars.

We had a picnic once we reached lake Mary.
It is 8000 feet above sea level.
